Provides Windows infrastructure administration, Active Directory and server support, backup management, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and end-user help desk services. Manages hardware and software vendors, IT projects, installations, system changes, and documentation. Supports email systems, security practices, procedures, and training materials while handling multiple projects and service requests. Requires national and international travel when business needs arise, plus flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Owns general accounting and financial integrity for German operations, including accounting entries, vendor invoices and payments, tax and VAT coordination, annual accounts, audits, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The role also supports consultants, service providers, customer inquiries, documentation, and office administration while partnering with the Finance Director.
