Lead front-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest experiences: manage host stand and dining flow, operate POS and cash handling, train and coach servers and hosts, resolve guest issues, maintain FOH readiness and cleanliness, coordinate with kitchen and management, and handle scheduling and shift transitions.

Serve guests by scooping and preparing ice cream and frozen desserts, handle payments, maintain cleanliness and inventory, follow food-safety procedures, assist opening/closing tasks, and collaborate with team to provide friendly, efficient service.
