Lead Pelago's shift to an AI-native operating model, own the Archie AI agent product roadmap, build AI-powered workflows, manage KPI/OKR governance and analytical frameworks, and drive high-leverage cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution.

Own a portfolio of enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, renewals and expansion. Build executive relationships, deliver consultative recommendations, present metrics and business reviews, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize member engagement and program outcomes in an AI-enabled digital health platform.

Design and own scalable dbt data models and semantic layers, define and govern company-wide metrics, build data quality and observability practices, enable analytics for experimentation and AI workflows, and align cross-functional stakeholders while mentoring analytics engineers.

Own product areas end-to-end, designing and shipping secure, observable AI-augmented software across backend, frontend, and data surfaces. Collaborate with product, design, data, and clinical teams, use experimentation and data to validate impact, and improve engineering practices for safety, reliability, and scale.

Own strategy and execution for partner-driven revenue by building repeatable channel playbooks, driving co-sell pipeline and forecasting, enabling partner GTM, representing Pelago externally, and surfacing partner signals to Product, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing to scale partnerships and measurable partner-sourced revenue.

Lead and grow a hands-on engineering team building AI-native, member-impacting health products. Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through production, set technical direction, drive experiments and reliable deployments, and partner cross-functionally to improve clinical and business outcomes.
