The Creative Director, Growth will lead Pelago's member acquisition campaigns, oversee creative direction, drive experimentation, and collaborate across teams to optimize growth strategies.

Own product areas end-to-end: design, build, and iterate full-stack, AI-augmented healthcare software. Collaborate with product, design, data, and clinical teams; ensure security, testing, observability, and reliability. Use data and experimentation to validate impact and improve engineering practices and AI-native workflows.

Build secure, well-tested, observable full‑stack systems; partner with product, design, data, and clinical teams; use data and experimentation to validate impact; improve AI‑native development practices and engineering systems while balancing speed, safety, and reliability in a regulated healthcare context.

Develop client-facing campaign collateral and talk tracks, partner with Customer Success and Implementation to support launches, review and manage marketing communications and approvals, analyze enrollment and campaign performance, and present insights to drive client adoption and enrollment goals.
