Supports Product Managers with product and supply chain activities, including pricing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, part number and bill of materials setup, product data maintenance, expediting, and marketing support. Maintains pricing and delivery information, communicates supplier issues, assists with price sheet creation, and resolves operational problems.

Drives sales growth across an assigned Dallas/Fort Worth territory by developing customer accounts, prospecting new business, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with procurement, engineering, and decision-makers. Uses NetSuite CRM for pipeline management and data-driven decisions, collaborates with internal teams and suppliers, executes strategic sales plans, supports design-in opportunities, monitors market trends, and maintains a qualified future-business pipeline. This is a fully remote role with strategically planned customer travel.

Administer and optimize the Infor M3 ERP platform, including configurations, integrations, workflows, document management, user access, security, and system performance. Maintain EDI, shipping, banking, and vendor connections; troubleshoot issues; manage releases, testing, and change controls; and support incident response. Serve as the internal Infor expert, escalation point, mentor, and process owner for enterprise integrations.
