Leads the strategy, growth, pricing, profitability, lifecycle, inventory strategy, and marketing of assigned electromechanical product lines. Manages global sales performance, customer-specific pricing, forecasting, product launches, sales training, promotions, market expansion, and operational issues. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, subcontractors, and customers to improve margins, service levels, inventory turns, and market penetration.

Administer and optimize the Infor M3 ERP platform, including configurations, integrations, workflows, document management, user access, security, and system performance. Maintain EDI, shipping, banking, and vendor connections; troubleshoot issues; manage releases, testing, and change controls; and support incident response. Serve as the internal Infor expert, escalation point, mentor, and process owner for enterprise integrations.

Owns sales performance for an assigned Austin territory by developing new and existing accounts, achieving revenue targets, prospecting through cold calls and digital outreach, and building relationships with procurement, engineering, and executive decision-makers. Uses NetSuite CRM for pipeline management and data-driven planning, develops technical product expertise, executes regional sales strategies, coordinates with internal teams and suppliers, plans customer travel, monitors market trends, and grows design-in sales opportunities.
