Serve as the primary resident-facing team member handling resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and leasing support. Oversee and assist the leasing team, deliver excellent customer service, execute marketing and leasing activities, and maintain community professionalism to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Manage leasing, resident retention, community marketing, and administrative/financial tasks. Serve as acting community lead in the Property Manager's absence. Maintain high customer service, team leadership, and use OneSite property-management software.

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will manage resident relations, oversee leasing teams, and ensure a positive experience for residents while solving issues and facilitating payments and inquiries.
