The role requires strong communication, organization, flexibility, and the ability to secure at least eight new leases monthly.

Manages resident relations and experience by handling resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, and support requests. Uses consultative selling and strong communication skills to assist prospective residents in finding homes. Oversees the leasing team, provides operational support, and helps maintain a positive apartment community experience. Requires multifamily experience, customer service, sales, organizational, problem-solving, marketing, and technology skills.
