Lead and manage accounts payable operations across domestic and international entities, overseeing AP staff and supervisors, ensuring timely invoice processing, internal controls, month-/year-end close, reconciliations, vendor dispute resolution, ERP and automation initiatives, KPI tracking, and cross-functional partnership with Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting.

The Account Manager II responds to customer inquiries, resolves problems, coordinates service needs, and maintains understanding of offered services.

The Account Manager I responds to customer inquiries, resolves problems, analyzes service needs, and maintains relationships, while using CRM tools to document activities.
