Lead and manage accounts payable operations across domestic and international entities, overseeing AP staff and supervisors, ensuring timely invoice processing, internal controls, month-/year-end close, reconciliations, vendor dispute resolution, ERP and automation initiatives, KPI tracking, and cross-functional partnership with Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting.

Drive end-to-end warehouse order planning and prioritization in a multi-client 3PL environment. Maintain system-driven scheduling logic, allocate orders, manage wave planning, monitor order flow, and communicate with customers. Partner cross-functionally to meet SLAs, analyze performance, support peak/seasonal planning, and resolve system/process issues to maximize order fill rate.

The Account Manager II responds to customer inquiries, resolves problems, coordinates service needs, and maintains understanding of offered services.
