The role manages a small team, resolves bottlenecks, monitors performance and quality, improves processes, and supports KPI achievement. It requires logistics expertise, routing, costing, rating, tracking, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and proficiency with CargoWise One and Excel. Physical duties include moving materials up to 50 pounds and extended computer-based work.

Lead and manage accounts payable operations across domestic and international entities, overseeing AP staff and supervisors, ensuring timely invoice processing, internal controls, month-/year-end close, reconciliations, vendor dispute resolution, ERP and automation initiatives, KPI tracking, and cross-functional partnership with Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting.

The Account Manager II responds to customer inquiries, resolves problems, coordinates service needs, and maintains understanding of offered services.
