Coordinates national, import, and export shipments across air, sea, and land modalities from collection through delivery. Provides customer visibility, monitors milestones, coordinates suppliers, verifies CargoWise data quality, maintains shipment records, updates customer reports, and escalates delays or issues. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, logistics experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of customs procedures, cargo operations, and compliance standards.

Provides administrative and clerical support for traffic and logistics operations. Responsibilities include routing, shipping, logging, and tracking inbound and outbound orders; coordinating freight pickups with transporters; communicating routing and timeline changes; and preparing bills of lading and related shipping documentation. The role requires independent work within established procedures and compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.

Responds to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, resolving nontechnical issues and coordinating with service or technical teams. Records customer activities in CRM or database systems, researches product information, and develops expertise in company services to handle complex requests. Contributes to moderately complex projects while meeting quality-management requirements. Requires strong communication, independent decision-making, English fluency, and Spanish fluency depending on location or customer accounts.
