Maintains historical pricing databases, evaluates pricing effectiveness, coordinates pricing reports and communications, and ensures data supports product and sales strategies. Lead and manage accounts payable operations across domestic and international entities, overseeing AP staff and supervisors, ensuring timely invoice processing, internal controls, month-/year-end close, reconciliations, vendor dispute resolution, ERP and automation initiatives, KPI tracking, and cross-functional partnership with Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting.

Supervises supply chain operations, coordinating procurement, production, inventory, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and service providers. The role manages a small team, resolves bottlenecks, monitors performance and quality, improves processes, and supports KPI achievement. It requires logistics expertise, routing, costing, rating, tracking, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and proficiency with CargoWise One and Excel. Physical duties include moving materials up to 50 pounds and extended computer-based work.
