Lead design, deployment, and operation of end-to-end Azure and Microsoft Fabric data solutions. Migrate on-premise estates to cloud, build lakehouses/warehouses and semantic models, develop enterprise Power BI dashboards, automate processes with Power Platform, manage relational database performance and security, and communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a data engineering team to design, build, and optimize scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake and cloud services (Azure/AWS). Implement Medallion architecture, ETL/ELT workflows (ADF/Databricks Workflows), CI/CD and IaC, ensure data governance, performance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time ingestion pipelines using Medallion/Lakehouse patterns. Implement CDC, checkpointing, watermarking, data quality, reconciliation, identity resolution/MDM, schema validation/versioning, and source-to-canonical mappings. Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard sources and monitor pipeline health.

Lead a team of developers to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure microservices-based enterprise applications. Hands-on coding, code reviews, performance tuning, CI/CD, cloud deployments, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring. Drive architecture, HLD/LLD, root-cause analysis, and timely delivery in Agile environments.
