Designs, develops, and maintains scalable cloud-based healthcare software platforms. Responsibilities include architecting Azure systems, building APIs and microservices, optimizing databases, developing AI-enabled capabilities, implementing CI/CD and containerized deployments, applying healthcare security controls, and collaborating across engineering, product, business, and healthcare teams.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based healthcare software platforms using Azure, .NET, Node.js, APIs, microservices, databases, and AI technologies. Build scalable backend, frontend, and data solutions supporting patient engagement, clinic operations, scheduling, billing, and interoperability. Implement DevOps automation, containerized deployments, monitoring, security, and compliance controls. Collaborate cross-functionally on testing, troubleshooting, documentation, Agile delivery, and technical improvements.

Develop LLM-powered automation and agent tooling for legacy code analysis and modernization. Build cloud-native migration services, scalable Spark and Databricks data platforms, ETL frameworks, data models, validation controls, and Airflow-orchestrated workflows. Requires extensive data engineering, cloud, Python, and AI framework experience.

Designs and leads enterprise backend systems, streaming services, distributed architectures, APIs, databases, Kubernetes deployments, and DevOps automation. The role also contributes to full-stack delivery, product ownership, technical prototyping, client presentations, and end-to-end application delivery while coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of end-to-end Azure and Microsoft Fabric data solutions. Migrate on-premise estates to cloud, build lakehouses/warehouses and semantic models, develop enterprise Power BI dashboards, automate processes with Power Platform, manage relational database performance and security, and communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and optimize applications, and apply software design best practices. The role requires cloud platform experience, NoSQL database knowledge, Git, AI/Gen AI experience, and familiarity with CI/CD, Gradle, DevOps, monitoring, frontend technologies, and messaging systems.
