Lead payroll reconciliation, accounting, remittances, balancing, reporting, year-end activities, audits, and statutory filings for a complex workforce. Provide payroll expertise to coordinators and stakeholders, ensure compliance with Canadian legislation, administer pension and benefits processes, improve controls and procedures, and support payroll operations during peak periods. The role partners with HR, Finance, and operational teams while handling confidential employee information.

Provides administrative and office support to the Logistics Manager and team, including meeting coordination, calendar and mailbox management, document preparation, records and data administration, expense and project support, correspondence handling, customer service, vendor liaison, and office supply management.

Leads the organization’s DEI, reconciliation, equity, accessibility, diversity, and inclusion strategy. Advises senior leaders, mentors direct reports, provides expert consultation, drives organizational and policy change, and integrates READI principles across workforce and community planning. Represents the organization externally through conferences, public speaking, and committees while fostering inclusive culture and strategic partnerships.
