Build and operate full-stack product features using AI-assisted development. Architect agent orchestration systems, design durable APIs and data models, review AI-generated code, maintain quality and test coverage, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Product and Design. The role also contributes to AI-first engineering practices and may involve frontend development with Angular or modern JavaScript frameworks.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Peek’s platform, from self-sourced prospecting and territory planning through demos, negotiation, and contract closure. Build relationships with large activity operators, consistently exceed acquisition targets, forecast opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and senior leadership. The role also involves cross-selling Peek’s brand portfolio, leveraging tourism and attractions industry networks, educating customers on market trends, and traveling as needed.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, reporting tools, and automated data workflows. Analyze customer behavior, funnels, retention, engagement, and product adoption to deliver actionable insights across Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership. Use AI tools and APIs to improve analytics workflows, self-service exploration, data-quality checks, and insight generation while validating accuracy, privacy, and business impact.
