Lead development and optimization of Peek's global payments ecosystem across three brands. Define payment strategy, checkout and payment method requirements, and integrations with processors/gateways. Analyze payment performance and KPIs to improve conversion, authorization rates, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. Partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable payment capabilities and improve reconciliation and payouts. Use data, experimentation, and AI tools to prioritize investments and accelerate product delivery.

Own Hawaii market growth by building operator relationships and partnerships, delivering tailored product demos, supporting sales and onboarding, gathering market intelligence, and managing post-onboarding account success to drive adoption and expansion across the islands.
