Lead process improvements and financial system optimization while ensuring GAAP compliance. Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team; partner with the Controller on policy and audit readiness. The role also supports multi-entity accounting, system scalability, and special projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
