Provide specialized care for extremely premature, critically ill, medically complex, and surgical newborns in an 84-bed Level IV NICU. Responsibilities include clinical care, multidisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, outcomes and benchmarking review, evidence-based pathway development, education, and simulation. The role also supports neonatal transport and program development within a major regional referral center.

Provide clinical care and on-site support in a 21-bed Level III NICU and well-baby nursery. Participate in a pediatric residency training program, hold academic appointments, and engage in departmental or divisional administrative responsibilities. Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, residents, nurses, and respiratory therapists while delivering neonatal care in a family-centered hospital setting.

Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns across a Level III NICU and two Level II NICUs. Collaborate with neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric surgeons, hospital leadership, and neonatal transport teams. The role offers a 4-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule, no required in-house call, and requires board eligibility or certification in neonatology plus Indiana medical licensure eligibility.
