Teams at Pediatrics Plus

Provides regional administrative support across pediatric therapy and preschool sites. Responsibilities include front desk coverage, scheduling, enrollment paperwork, medical records, transportation documentation, supply ordering, compliance monitoring, expense reporting, facilities and IT coordination, cleaning oversight, family communication, and administrative team support. The role is based in Little Rock and requires travel to multiple Central Arkansas locations.

Coordinates marketing campaigns and location-specific strategies across Searcy, Cabot, and Sherwood. Responsibilities include analyzing referrals, preparing reports, organizing events, doctor visits, sponsorships, awards, and marketing materials. Builds relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, influencers, parent groups, churches, and chambers while representing Pediatrics Plus at community functions. Requires strong communication, organization, creativity, community engagement, and travel availability.

Coordinates marketing campaigns, local marketing strategies, events, sponsorships, business awards, doctor visits, and community relationships across assigned Arkansas locations. Supports reporting, referral analysis, creative requests, promotional materials, and networking with businesses, influencers, healthcare providers, churches, and community organizations. Represents Pediatrics Plus at events and serves as a local liaison. The role requires strong communication, organization, creativity, travel, and occasional evening or weekend attendance.
