Teams at Pediatrics Plus

Provides strategic leadership for a pediatric therapy and ABA site, overseeing clinical operations, staffing, compliance, budgets, caseloads, quality assurance, human resources, family concerns, and community relationships. The role manages site performance, supports leadership development, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes effective therapy delivery and family engagement.

Supports classroom teachers in a developmental preschool by engaging children in curriculum and playground activities, providing childcare, implementing treatment plans, supporting developmental milestones, responding to challenging behavior, and maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary environment. Requires diapering, feeding, toilet training, lifting up to 50 pounds, collaboration with families and therapists, and completion of background and drug screenings.
