Supports facility operations through administrative coordination, floor monitoring, employee task follow-up, vendor communication, billing and invoice organization, scheduling, inventory management, documentation, and light facility troubleshooting. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn while contributing to workflow improvements and future supervisory growth.

Supervise administrative and clinical support operations in a pediatric urgent and primary care clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and employees, training new staff, managing projects, ordering supplies and equipment, overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring clinical equipment meets regulatory inspection standards, and providing administrative support to management, employees, and visitors.

Provides urgent and primary pediatric care for patients from birth through age 21. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing treatments and vaccinations, monitoring patient progress, responding to emergencies, consulting specialists, maintaining medical records, and educating patients and families. The role requires an Illinois-licensed, board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician able to work flexible long shifts in a high-volume clinical setting.
