Teams at Pediatric Home Service (PHS)

Provide one-to-one pediatric home health and private-duty nursing care for children ages 1–15 with complex medical needs, including ventilators, tracheostomy tubes, and gastrostomy tubes. Nurses work flexible day, night, evening, and weekend schedules while receiving specialized training, mentorship, and 24/7 support. Pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Provide one-on-one overnight pediatric home health care for a 15-year-old client with a G-tube and BiPAP. Monitor the child’s medical needs, deliver safe private-duty nursing care, and support their ability to thrive at home. Specialized training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube care is provided, with 24/7 team support. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., in White Oak, Texas.

Provides hands-on nursing care to medically fragile and technology-dependent children in a pediatric medical daycare. Responsibilities include administering medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings; monitoring vital signs and symptoms; documenting care; supporting families; responding to emergencies; and collaborating with RNs, physicians, therapists, social workers, and center leadership. The role follows individualized care plans and operates Monday through Friday without weekends or holidays.
