Teams at Pediatric Home Service (PHS)

Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations for clinical, operational, customer service, driver, technician, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, building talent pipelines, advising hiring managers, monitoring recruiting data, improving candidate flow, and supporting hiring events, school partnerships, employer branding, and workforce planning initiatives.

Provides one-on-one pediatric home health care for a medically complex four-year-old with a G-tube and tracheostomy. The nurse delivers overnight care, supports the child’s safety and comfort at home, and collaborates with the care team. Specialized hands-on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube care is provided, and prior pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Provides one-on-one pediatric home health care for a medically complex client with a GJ-tube and tracheostomy. The role includes nursing care, maintaining safety at home, collaborating with a supportive care team, and completing specialized training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care. Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts are available in Hutchinson, Kansas. No prior pediatric or specialized-care experience is required.
