Summer logistics internship in a poultry processing and distribution environment. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, transportation coordination, operational reporting, and process improvement. Responsibilities include analyzing logistics performance, supporting distribution activities, following safety and food safety procedures, and presenting project recommendations to leadership. The role involves coaching, teamwork, varying shifts, refrigerated environments, and physically active work.

Procurement interns support strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inventory, and supply chain activities. They analyze spending, pricing, usage, supplier performance, and cost trends; contribute to cost-improvement projects; develop recommendations; and present findings to leadership. Interns also visit manufacturing facilities, collaborate cross-functionally, and receive coaching while gaining practical procurement experience.
