Lead and oversee 2–3 client paid-search accounts, set strategy and bidding, manage and mentor paid-search managers, run forecasts and reporting, build AI-driven workflows and tooling (Claude/MCP), perform audits for new business, and ensure tracking and attribution integrity.

Manage 4–6 client accounts across Google and Microsoft Ads: write strategy, build and launch campaigns, handle bidding and pacing, monitor daily, audit ad copy, reconcile attribution and tracking, run AI-driven reporting (Claude/MCP), produce weekly client reports, and support audits and new-business evaluations.

The Paid Social Manager will develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, analyze performance, and communicate with clients to meet marketing goals.
