Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new Pearly accounts from committed through go-live: configure integrations and payments, run trainings, track milestones and risks in Pylon, document handoffs to CSMs, and improve onboarding playbooks and processes.

Lead Pearly's Data & Analytics product: own customer-facing dashboards, internal insights, data architecture, predictive/AI features, and new data products. Drive discovery with finance and RCM leaders, partner cross-functionally, and translate data into monetizable, decision-grade products and roadmaps.

The Customer Success Manager will oversee onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, and process building for SMB dental practices, driving satisfaction and retention.
