Own the daily B2B SaaS support queue across email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot billing, payments, integrations, APIs, sync failures, and account configurations for dental offices. Serve as a technical resource for Sales and Customer Success, improve support processes and tooling, use AI to accelerate diagnosis, and collaborate with Engineering on recurring issues and escalations.

Own the customer support queue, respond to and troubleshoot customer issues, escalate technical or integration problems, identify recurring patterns, improve ticketing processes, create knowledge resources, and communicate product, account health, and upsell insights across teams.

Lead Pearly's Data & Analytics product: own customer-facing dashboards, internal insights, data architecture, predictive/AI features, and new data products. Drive discovery with finance and RCM leaders, partner cross-functionally, and translate data into monetizable, decision-grade products and roadmaps.
