Lead performance marketing for Pearl Abyss titles across EMEA: develop measurement and attribution frameworks, forecast and model campaigns, optimize via testing and automation, manage GA4/GTM and reporting, partner with regional teams, agencies and headquarters to improve campaign ROI.

Support the Brand Division by researching and identifying partners, coordinating meetings, tracking partnership agreements and deliverables, preparing minutes and reports, assisting market and competitor research, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders across time zones while maintaining confidentiality.

The Operations Coordinator will manage communication between the South-Korean HQ and European office, translate documents, and support various teams while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
