Manage and grow player communities for console and PC titles: create and publish social content, respond to in-game and social issues, run events, coordinate with live service, support moderators, monitor feedback and reporting, and collaborate with content and customer support teams.

Lead PR strategy and execution for North and South America across game launches and promotions. Create press materials, manage media and agency relationships, organize events, analyze coverage, produce media activity reports, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure PR aligns with marketing KPIs.
