Owns full-cycle sales to community-based organizations, health systems, FQHCs, and government-funded care programs. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, proposals, pricing, contract negotiation, CRM management, forecasting, account handoff, and territory strategy. The role requires building self-sourced pipeline, managing complex multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles, closing revenue, contributing to sales playbooks, and supporting team development. Travel is required up to 30% for priority meetings, conferences, and market development.

Build and manage partnerships with community-based organizations, health systems, and health plans. Own the sales cycle from prospecting through contract close, conduct discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, maintain pipeline forecasts in HubSpot, and develop regional go-to-market strategies. Represent Pear Suite at community events and conferences, build referral networks, provide market intelligence, and support growth through relationship-based engagement. The role is fully remote with up to 30% strategic travel.
