Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, staffing, training, inspections, maintenance coordination, resident issue resolution, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and serving as interim property manager. The role requires weekly assignments involving 90% travel, including extended student-housing turnover assignments, weekends, air travel, and use of a personal vehicle.
