Leads sales and revenue strategy for a student housing community, driving occupancy, leasing, renewals, conversions, and revenue growth. Oversees lead management, pricing and market analysis, marketing coordination, reporting, and competitive research. Recruits, coaches, and manages the leasing team while presenting performance insights and recommendations to leadership and ownership stakeholders.
