Drive lease closings and maximize occupancy across student, multi-family, co-living, and build-to-rent properties. Convert and nurture leads, craft and refine property value propositions, track customer engagement and records, and target resident retention through personalized communication. Work flexible hours to meet leasing targets and ensure a seamless prospect and resident experience.
