Leads full-cycle recruiting, background checks, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits and leave support, payroll review, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent metrics, and community outreach. Partners with managers and operations to improve employee experience, support workplace safety follow-ups, and maintain a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Develop and manage pricing strategies to improve profitability, margins, and market competitiveness. Analyze customer and product profitability, pricing trends, discounts, forecasts, and market conditions. Maintain pricing dashboards and tools, lead price increase initiatives, prepare financial models, and support cross-functional decisions with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and leadership. Ensure pricing process compliance and provide insights into price realization, margin expansion, and revenue growth.

Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting, including close processes, consolidations, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Oversee accounting operations across multiple entities, improve processes and systems, partner with executive and operational leaders, and mentor the accounting team. The role is onsite in Jasper, Indiana, with hybrid remote work up to two days weekly and 5%–10% travel to Canada.
