The Marketing Director will lead marketing strategy to grow the client base and expand the company’s national brand. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing funnels, identifying growth opportunities, implementing new systems and software, creating executive reports and dashboards, training the marketing team, and conducting quarterly performance and coaching reviews.

Manage early-stage hiring activities, review and track applications, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain compliant HR documentation, monitor hiring data and HR KPIs, and help new employees succeed. The role requires knowledge of state and federal labor laws and a strong alignment with the company’s high-performance, team-oriented culture.
