Own and improve the financial modelling and underwriting framework for DER and battery storage projects across North America. Lead due diligence, produce board-ready investment recommendations, partner with BD, operations, and financing counterparts, and build analytical capability and processes to support deal execution and portfolio growth.

Build and operate end-to-end time-series forecasting and MLOps systems for battery energy storage: data pipelines, feature engineering, model training (including Temporal Fusion Transformer), deployment, monitoring, and production support. Create Airflow DAGs, ensure pipeline reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, and produce dashboards and documentation for stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end commercial execution for a portfolio of complex battery storage and energy transactions, coordinating stakeholders, negotiating commercial terms, managing contracting and deal documentation, reporting deal status and risks to leadership, and improving processes and templates to increase deal velocity and financeability.

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth of energy storage solutions by developing prospects, advancing opportunities, and aligning solutions with customer needs in the energy sector.

The Sales Executive will drive sales growth in energy storage by developing leads and closing projects, managing sales pipeline, and collaborating with teams.

Manage end-to-end development and delivery of utility-scale battery storage projects: lead cross-functional teams to NTP, de-risk interconnection/permitting/procurement, manage EPC selection and contracts, oversee documentation and reporting, coordinate stakeholders, and optimize project performance and financial hurdles.

Lead end-to-end project development and delivery of battery energy storage assets: define WBS and acceptance criteria, manage EPC selection and contracts, conduct site due diligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor schedules/budgets/permits, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive operational improvements to scale Peak Power's portfolio.
