Own IT infrastructure and end-user support for a new Sacramento manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include network cabling, fiber termination, wireless deployment, physical security and AV systems, device provisioning, onboarding, endpoint management, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and IT/OT network segmentation. The role supports factory employees, partners with manufacturing and facilities teams, and operates onsite during construction, installation, and production ramp-up.

Provides hands-on IT support for the Burlingame office, including help desk services, workstation provisioning, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, asset tracking, network and Wi-Fi support, SaaS administration, identity and access management, conference room AV, and light cabling. Supports endpoint security, compliance evidence gathering, vendor relationships, and cross-site IT alignment while assisting engineers with high-compute workstations and specialized tools.

Supports sourcing, supplier research and onboarding, NPI material readiness, logistics planning, cost optimization, and supply chain reporting for sodium-ion battery energy storage products. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams on pilot builds and supplier initiatives while gaining experience building a global supply chain.
