Supports functional verification and testing of energy storage systems, including battery, power electronics, high-voltage, thermal, and mechanical systems. Develops test plans and procedures, designs testing infrastructure, analyzes test data, diagnoses technical issues, performs root cause analysis, and recommends corrective actions. Collaborates with design, simulation, and manufacturing engineering teams while maintaining detailed test records and contributing to rapid prototyping and automation.

Leads corporate communications, public relations, executive messaging, product storytelling, media relations, and launch communications. Develops messaging, press materials, thought leadership, and external narratives while partnering with executives, Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Government Affairs. Manages the external PR agency and drives communications for product launches, customer announcements, partnerships, financing, and manufacturing milestones.

Build and maintain full-stack software, cloud infrastructure, telemetry and data pipelines for grid-scale battery systems. Calculate battery performance metrics, connect manufacturing databases and physical devices, manage Azure resources with Infrastructure as Code, maintain CI/CD, improve observability, and resolve production issues. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems for field deployments and factory production.
