Lead electrical architecture, integration, and deployment of utility-scale energy storage sites. Perform power systems studies (load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, grounding), define integration and SCADA requirements, ensure grid-code compliance, support supplier selection, commissioning, and site issue resolution, and maintain customer-facing documentation.

Lead development and implementation of EH&S programs for battery manufacturing facilities. Conduct risk assessments, audits, permitting, incident investigations, training, PSSR reviews, and drive continuous improvement to ensure regulatory compliance and an audit-ready safety culture across multiple sites.

The Mechanical Design Intern will support mechanical designs of energy storage systems, collaborate with other teams, and drive prototyping and testing.
