Lead Peak Energy's market entry and commercial growth in Australia by building pipeline, partnerships, and customer relationships across utilities, IPPs, C&I buyers and government. Structure and close complex battery storage contracts, align offerings with NEM/CIS dynamics, and establish local commercial infrastructure while working with internal teams and stakeholders to meet revenue targets.

Own the technical aspects of energy-storage sales opportunities from initial customer engagement through contract signature. Size and configure battery systems, build technical and financial models, lead preliminary design discussions, negotiate technical contract terms, and coordinate with customers, utilities, contractors, sales, engineering, finance, and project teams. The role also supports market analysis, product requirements, sales tools, and project handoffs.

Supports PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation for battery energy storage manufacturing automation. Works with senior Controls, Equipment, Process, and Maintenance Engineers to improve production controls, collect manufacturing data, maintain safety interlocks, and support regulatory compliance. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience with industrial automation systems and develops independent engineering capability.
