Lead system integrations, troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues, build custom connections among NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL systems, and drive scalable process improvements. The role requires diagnosing root causes, understanding system architecture and data flows, defining technical solutions, partnering with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, and managing issue resolution. The engineer will work independently with a remote team during 9 AM–5 PM PST business hours.
