Manage end-to-end NPI project schedules and cross-functional coordination to deliver consumer products to market. Maintain and communicate timelines, coordinate global sample logistics, liaise with overseas vendors and factories (including evening calls), and work with design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, customer success, and retail teams. Serve as the detail-oriented owner preventing issues from falling through the cracks and contribute to improving product lifecycle and project management processes.

The Wholesale Operations Specialist processes and manages orders, monitors order status, coordinates with teams, resolves discrepancies, and supports daily wholesale operations while maintaining accurate records.

Individual-contributor HR role partnering with leadership to design and run compensation, build people programs, administer HRIS and payroll, ensure compliance, analyze HR data, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Owns total rewards strategy, annual compensation cycle, job architecture, policy, onboarding, and process improvements. Requires hands-on execution and serving as a trusted people partner across the company.
