Build and lead Peak21’s centralized People and Talent Operations function across its portfolio companies. Responsibilities include developing HR infrastructure, policies, benefits, compliance standards, recruiting systems, sourcing strategies, employee lifecycle processes, people metrics, employer branding, and candidate experience. The role partners closely with founders and senior leaders to improve hiring quality, retention, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, and scalable people operations.

Own end-to-end DTC and Shopify growth for a profitable baby essentials brand, targeting 100% year-over-year Shopify growth and $75M revenue within four years. Responsibilities include scaling paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels; developing creative strategies; optimizing landing pages, funnels, offers, and the customer journey; running structured experiments; managing ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion, AOV, and contribution margin; collaborating cross-functionally; and building a high-performing growth team.

Own end-to-end special projects for the founder, including events, offsites, launches, partner meetings, sourcing trips, product development support, vendor coordination, research, travel planning, and operational follow-through. The role requires cross-functional coordination, strong organization, discretion, proactive risk management, and comfort with ambiguity, travel, factory environments, and irregular hours.
