Supports the glass business unit with estimating, project preparation, scheduling, detailing, contract review, material confirmations, and operational coordination. Reviews project documents, prepares preliminary estimates, gathers information before drawing production, maintains estimating programs, tracks shipment dates, participates in kickoff meetings, and develops holistic schedules covering design, engineering, submittals, production, delivery, and closeout.

Manage high-value construction and fabrication projects from estimating and scheduling through production, delivery, closeout, and customer coordination. Lead internal engineering and support teams, subcontractors, and vendors; oversee budgets, contracts, change orders, timelines, and financial accountability. Attend construction meetings, resolve project issues, support customer relationships, and protect company profitability while maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards.

Assists senior engineers with precast concrete structural design, contract document review, erection and production drawings, design checks, production support, and jobsite visits. Learns engineering design software, precast product and connection design, foundation and supporting-element connections, lateral analysis, and construction procedures.
