Process and maintain accurate payroll and employee records, support HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS recordkeeping, employee relations, and provide administrative and confidential support to ensure efficient office operations.

Inspect precast and pre-stressed concrete products to ensure compliance with PDM and PCI standards. Perform and document pre- and post-pour inspections, fresh and hardened concrete testing, aggregate tests, sieve analysis, and repairs. Mark products per color code, apply 5S and housekeeping, use Sure Cure curing technology, read shop drawings, maintain QC records, obtain industry certifications, and collaborate with the Quality Control Manager and production staff to resolve nonconformances.

Prepare, fit, cut, drill and weld structural steel assemblies to AWS D1.1 and PDM quality standards. Read blueprints, perform multi-face layout, fabricate components, execute multi-position and CJP welds, troubleshoot defects, follow WPS, operate cutting and gouging equipment, and maintain safety, quality control, and production targets.
