Leads the technical direction, architecture, delivery, reliability, and operations of a multi-tenant platform supporting embedded analytics, applied AI, workflow automation, and access controls. Partners with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, data engineering, and SRE teams. Builds and mentors the platform engineering organization while improving platform adoption, release safety, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Builds and supports CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, Terraform configurations, Ansible automation, Docker containers, Kubernetes workloads, and monitoring solutions. Troubleshoots infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues across multiple environments; automates repetitive operational tasks; supports engineering teams with reusable DevOps solutions and developer self-service capabilities. The role also participates in incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, peer reviews, on-call support, and knowledge sharing.

Leads PDI’s B2B revenue and demand generation engine, owning paid media, ABM, lead management, integrated campaigns, funnel measurement, optimization, and marketing-influenced revenue. Builds scalable processes, AI-driven workflows, and marketing technology capabilities while managing budgets and leading a marketing team. Partners cross-functionally to align campaigns with commercial priorities, improve pipeline conversion, and connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes.
