Creates and manages social media and employer-brand content across multiple company brands. Coordinates employee, project, culture, recruiting, and community stories; maintains content calendars and website updates; supports career fairs, recruiting campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives; collaborates with HR, Operations, leadership, and vendors; monitors engagement and ensures accurate, consistent brand communications.

Supports construction project planning and execution by preparing schedules of values, submittals, product catalog sheets, costing reports, and change-order documentation. Reviews architectural plans and specifications, researches door, frame, and hardware applications, monitors project timelines, and coordinates with estimators, project managers, general contractors, and field teams to support accurate, profitable, and timely project completion.

Oversee the estimating function, establish standards and cost databases, develop bidding strategies, approve high-risk estimates, coordinate with leadership and operations, lead preconstruction presentations, and supervise estimating staff hiring, training, and performance.
