Serve as a techno-functional POMS MES SME for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Configure, support, and implement MES solutions while bridging business, quality, validation, and IT teams. Ensure compliant electronic batch records, workflows, GMP/GxP operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and CSV validation. Support regulatory compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5. Experience with large-scale MES rollouts and ERP, LIMS, or SCADA integrations is advantageous.

Lead mainframe SCM migration projects from CA Endevor and other legacy systems to Git, IBM DBB, IDD, and Wazi. Architect DevOps pipelines, configure and troubleshoot migration environments, convert and validate applications, and support IBM z/OS and USS systems. Provide customer consulting, training, technical presentations, documentation, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with IBM teams and client stakeholders.

Leads mechanical component design and development using Creo and SolidWorks, including 3D models, sheet metal, assemblies, and drawings. Applies manufacturability principles for stamping, molding, machining, plastics, and sheet metal. Performs GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis, creates DFMEAs, selects materials, manages component lifecycles in Windchill, and supports NPI/NPD, compliance, risk identification, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
