Lead local warehouse and refurbishment operations, ensure R2/NAID/ISO/DOT compliance, manage inventory and vendor relations, coach staff to meet KPIs, integrate volunteers, support audits and facility safety, and coordinate logistics for client distributions and events.

Provide friendly, client-focused support in a mission market: greet clients, handle calls/emails, process orders and POS transactions, manage inventory and returns, assist sales and events, maintain displays, and escalate issues to management.
