Manage refurbished technology inventory and eBay resale operations, including testing, photography, product research, pricing, listing creation, inventory accuracy, customer service, order management, packing, and shipping. The role combines warehouse work with digital marketplace optimization to increase sales and inventory turnover. Candidates should have e-commerce or eBay seller experience, basic IT hardware knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Serve as primary client contact in a mission-driven retail market: greet clients, handle phone/email inquiries, process orders and transactions via PCSCRM/POS, manage returns, assist with inventory and events, maintain displays, and de-escalate client issues while supporting team goals and mission activities.
