Manages customer packaging and pharmaceutical service projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations are met. Serves as the primary customer contact, leads project teams and kickoffs, manages expenses, billing, specifications, contracts, pricing, and contribution margins, and supports business development. Coaches Associate Project Managers, coordinates customer visits, facilitates lessons learned, and contributes to continuous improvement and employee onboarding.

Coordinates production accountability, return-to-stock, and online accountability processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Investigates inventory and paperwork variances, corrects JDE records, resolves dislocated components, performs root-cause analysis, and supports inventory accuracy. Serves as a subject matter expert and trainer for accountability processes, including training production teams. Requires adherence to cGMP and GCP procedures, with possible overtime and weekend work.

Manage and maintain cGMP documentation and electronic document management systems. Create, modify, approve, issue, and reconcile batch records and quality documents. Maintain master document lists and numbering logs, write SOPs, support audits, lead CAPA actions and continuous improvement projects, train staff, and support multiple production facilities as needed.
