Manage reliability engineering staff and projects supporting biopharmaceutical aseptic filling operations. Oversee day-to-day reliability activities, mentor and develop staff, ensure cGMP compliance, report reliability metrics to executives, coordinate contractors and equipment installations, and travel between facilities to support operations.

Lead and supervise aseptic and medical device manufacturing teams across multiple facilities to ensure cGMP-compliant production (equipment preparation, filling, lyophilization), schedule adherence, staff development, audit readiness, quality investigations/CAPAs, and continuous improvement.

The Project Engineer role involves project engineering tasks, managing equipment specifications, project execution, and continuous improvement in a pharmaceutical setting.
