Maintains the general ledger, reconciles balance sheet accounts, performs complex accounting analyses, supports month-end and year-end close, prepares financial reports, assists with external audits, evaluates expenses, and improves accounting processes. Ensures compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate transaction records and supporting operational efficiency.

Supports global treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, wire and ACH transactions, banking administration, debt compliance, lender reporting, and capital structure initiatives. The role also assists with insurance renewals, certificates of insurance, claims administration, treasury systems, risk management, and process improvements while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Operations, and banking partners.

Manages North American imports for clinical, commercial, and research materials while ensuring compliance with U.S. customs and regulatory requirements. Coordinates customs brokers, permits, licenses, import documentation, client requirements, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. Supports client meetings, audits, trade compliance tickets, courier issue resolution, training, billing coordination, and global logistics operations. The role also advises on FDA, HTS, ECCN classifications and declared values.
