The role bridges R&D, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Clinical, and Regulatory teams while facilitating opportunity prioritization, strategic partnerships, and post-launch learning.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery for a SaaS pharmacy platform modernization. Drive adoption and retention through customer research, data, and commercial alignment. Manage Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, partner with engineering on cloud/multi-tenant decisions, and use AI tools to improve workflows. Balance technical debt, regulatory continuity, and GTM readiness while communicating progress to customers and executives.

Support GMP compliance, lead and document investigations and customer complaint management, maintain quality systems and records, administer MasterControl activities, perform internal and external audit support, oversee equipment calibration and related follow-up, and support continuous improvement and CAPA activities.
