Processes and reconciles electronic and manual healthcare payments from patients and payers, maintains accurate accounts receivable records, researches remittances through payer portals, and resolves discrepancies. Audits payment activity, monitors reports and performance metrics, supports monthly A/R close, and follows up on Medicaid and Hospice balances. Trains payment processing team members, including offshore staff, and collaborates with billing and collections teams in a remote environment.

Provides frontline IT and application support for infrastructure, end-user computing, and Imagine applications. Troubleshoots Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and software issues; administers accounts and workstations; performs imaging, deployments, and limited SQL tasks. Documents incidents, maintains asset records, applies approved fixes, identifies recurring problems, and escalates complex issues with complete diagnostics to Tier 2/3 teams or vendors.

Develop and modernize enterprise applications using C#/.NET and PostgreSQL, including refactoring a Microsoft Access/VBA application. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, participating in code reviews, testing, documentation, deployment, and collaborating with the software development team in a fully remote environment.
