Own propulsion and gas turbine engineering initiatives, including component design, technical documentation, supplier support, root-cause investigations, engine testing, performance data analysis, and cross-functional project coordination. The role supports manufacturing, qualification, process validation, customer applications, and failure investigations for small turbojet engines used in aerospace and defense systems.

Leads the HR function and people strategy for a rapidly growing aerospace defense manufacturer. Advises the CEO and executive team, oversees employee relations, compliance, performance management, total rewards, workforce analytics, talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR systems, and team development. Builds scalable HR programs, policies, leadership practices, and reporting processes while supporting organizational growth and regulated-environment requirements.

Support turbojet engine assembly production by developing work instructions, improving manufacturing processes, tracking production metrics, and leading root cause analyses. Design and validate tooling and fixtures, support production-floor assembly and testing, collaborate on design-for-manufacturability, and partner with Quality on PFMEAs, control plans, inspection, and compliance. The role requires hands-on hardware experience and knowledge of CAD, GD&T, turbomachinery, and gas turbine systems.
