Maintains marketing databases and resource materials, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, conducts research, and supports special projects. Develops storytelling, proposal production, and pursuit-process skills while using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.

Coordinates marketing proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, presentations, brochures, project sheets, resumes, and other collateral. The role manages contributions from architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and project teams while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery. It also supports regional marketing databases and special projects, requiring strong Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Leads proposal development and storytelling for complex opportunities from kickoff through submission. Shapes messaging, coordinates contributors, ensures content quality, supports interviews and presentations, and manages multiple concurrent pursuits while contributing to strategic positioning and pursuit strategy.
