Produce and edit construction drawings and specifications for Division 27/28 low-voltage systems. Provide design and project management support for structured cabling, PA/intercom, sound reinforcement, video distribution, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, ERRC, and fire alarm. Coordinate with architects, project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors, ensure code compliance, and use Revit/AutoCAD and Bluebeam to deliver accurate, well-documented designs on schedule.

Produce high-quality construction documents across all project phases (Schematic Design through Construction Administration). Create and assemble plans for permitting, build and coordinate Revit models, prepare presentation materials, and support architects and project managers during construction administration.

Serve as senior client leader overseeing client relations, project team performance, service delivery, business development, and staffing. Drive strategy, operational execution, marketing collaboration, high-level QA/QC, and represent the firm at executive and board meetings.
