Leads regional business development and growth across California’s TK-12 and higher education markets. Responsibilities include market analysis, account expansion, client relationship management, proposal and pursuit leadership, strategic partnerships, networking, thought leadership, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, marketing, and executive teams. The role also supports regional hiring, succession planning, mentorship, and practice growth while representing the firm with education-sector stakeholders.

Lead firmwide design direction and innovation, supervise design staff, ensure consistent project design development and presentations, mentor staff, participate in marketing/business development, integrate design technologies, and help develop firmwide design guidelines while maintaining knowledge of materials, construction methods, codes, and cost considerations.

Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases—pre-design to construction administration. Supervise project architects and teams, ensure timeliness, budget compliance, quality construction documents, client communication, technical guidance, and on-site construction administration.
