Lead RFQ/RFP production and pursuit execution, managing team workload, schedules, and deliverables. Translate pursuit strategy into execution plans, coordinate technical contributors, maintain brand and messaging standards, and support interview preparation and coaching as first-line team leadership.

Manage architectural projects through all phases, supervise Project Architect and team, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality construction documents, maintain client relationships, provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and lead construction administration meetings.

Lead development and enforcement of BIM standards, manage Revit/AutoCAD BIM workflows, provide training and technical support, create templates/content libraries, coordinate MEP models with architects, automate BIM routines, and participate in production of project models.
