Oversee architectural projects from pre-design through construction administration, managing schedules, budgets, project teams, construction documents, client relationships, and jobsite meetings. Supervise and mentor architects and junior staff, coordinate architectural and engineering teams, provide technical guidance, ensure building-code compliance, and support project leadership in delivering quality work on time and within budget.

Supports marketing operations and pursuit production by preparing proposals, presentations, and collateral; maintaining marketing databases and resources; coordinating with teams and vendors; conducting research; and supporting special projects. The role develops storytelling, proposal production, and creative execution skills while learning pursuit processes, tools, and standards.
