Lead RFQ/RFP production and pursuit execution, managing team workload, schedules, and deliverables. Translate pursuit strategy into execution plans, coordinate technical contributors, maintain brand and messaging standards, and support interview preparation and coaching as first-line team leadership.

Supports proposal, presentation, and collateral production; maintains marketing databases and resource materials; coordinates with teams and vendors; assists research and special projects; and learns the firm's pursuit lifecycle, tools, and standards.

Manage architectural projects through all phases, supervise Project Architect and team, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality construction documents, maintain client relationships, provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and lead construction administration meetings.
