Translates clinical data and field insights into strategic messaging and marketing content while advising research, regulatory, sales, and executive teams. Requires a veterinary degree, substantial clinical and corporate animal health experience, strong communication skills, and frequent travel.

Develops technically accurate marketing and technical copy for turf management and animal health products across digital and print channels. Creates product materials, campaigns, educational content, public relations materials, case studies, blogs, and social media content. Collaborates with product, technical, sales, regulatory, design, and marketing teams; researches industry trends; maintains brand consistency; translates complex information into engaging messaging; and ensures regulatory compliance.

Manages HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and ticketing systems. Configures workflows, security roles, modules, integrations, and upgrades; maintains data governance and system integrity; leads HR technology projects and recurring cycles; develops dashboards and reports using HR data; manages vendors; partners with IT, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and leadership; documents processes and drives automation, optimization, and user adoption.
