Leads sourcing, contracting, supplier performance management, procurement strategy, and contractor compliance for refinery operations. Negotiates commercial terms, manages contracts and purchase orders in SAP and Ariba, evaluates suppliers, monitors performance, supports cost savings, and partners with legal, business units, and procurement teams. The role also maintains supplier data, provides procurement training, prepares reports, and drives process improvements.

Schedules inbound feedstocks and outbound renewable diesel shipments by water, rail, and truck. Coordinates with refinery and trading teams on inventory, forecasts, purchases, and sales obligations. Reviews contracts, secondary costs, invoices, payment terms, compliance documentation, and cash forecasting inputs. Enters accurate data into RightAngle and supports accounting adjustments. This is an onsite role five days per week.

Manages PBF Energy’s transfer-pricing processes between Commercial and Refining, ensuring consistent methodology application, controls, reporting accuracy, and performance measurement. Evaluates and implements material-change transfer-pricing and P&L adjustments, partners with cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements, automation, and analytics initiatives. The role is onsite five days per week at the company headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.
