Serve as the technical H&S resource for the refinery: develop and improve safety programs, lead audits and investigations, deliver training, support high-risk work and projects, analyze safety performance, and provide oversight for contractor and workforce compliance with regulations and facility standards.

Perform pipeline maintenance, repairs, inspections and PIG operations while following DOT, OSHA and company EHS policies. Respond to 24/7 callouts, assist station and terminal duties, read pipeline drawings, and support routine and emergency operations.

Provide process engineering design and project support for refinery capital and optimization projects. Develop PFDs/P&IDs, equipment sizing, simulations, and safety reviews; support FEED, commissioning, troubleshooting, turnarounds, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with industry and site standards.
