Provides administrative and operational support to the Commercial Scheduling team. Maintains and validates scheduling and supply chain data, generates reports, analyzes information, processes vendor invoices, resolves payment inquiries with Accounts Payable, and supports commercial scheduling activities and special projects. Develop PFDs/P&IDs, equipment sizing, simulations, and safety reviews; support FEED, commissioning, troubleshooting, turnarounds, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with industry and site standards.

Compile and reconcile daily refinery production data, shipments, receipts and inventory to maintain accurate volumetric and mass balances. Populate data warehouse systems, generate daily reports by deadlines, support EIA and FTZ reporting, perform peer review, investigate data quality issues, collaborate with operations and corporate teams, and drive yield accounting process improvements. Onsite role with early morning start.
