The role requires collaboration with product, operations, and technology teams to provide customized payment solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

Lead a field sales team of at least five members to drive EDC device sales, merchant onboarding, distribution, and transaction growth. Manage channel partners, coordinate ground execution, monitor productivity and acquisition quality, analyze competitors, and handle reporting and MIS through Excel and sales tools. Train and motivate team members while ensuring targets, incentives, and operational metrics are achieved across the MMB-2 sector.
