Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching sales teams, planning market coverage, communicating targets, monitoring quality, auditing acquisitions, and ensuring delivery against quotas. Requires extensive travel, strong networking, negotiation, mentoring, and people-management skills, with 8–12 years of B2C sales or business development experience preferred.
