Provide first-line technical support via Slack, Jira, and email. Administer user accounts in Google Workspace and Okta, assist with VPN and endpoint security (SentinelOne), manage tickets, create documentation in Confluence, and escalate complex issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Provide empathetic phone and email support for Medicare and member payment products, troubleshoot transaction declines and portal issues, document and escalate bugs in Jira, use Confluence for procedures, and ensure accurate member plan data and transaction resolution.
