Leads technical direction for cross-functional engineering squads, makes architectural decisions, establishes coding and agile standards, and builds cloud-native microservices and web interfaces. The role includes managing GCP and Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, optimizing databases and performance, improving observability and security, mentoring engineers, and translating business requirements into scalable payment-platform solutions.

Leads end-to-end hardware development projects from concept through mass production. Coordinates engineering, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and senior leadership while managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, certifications, quality, design reviews, BOMs, and global supply chains. Provides technical guidance across prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes and ensures payment terminals meet international regulatory and quality standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang for Payter’s secure payment platform. The role includes building new features, optimizing application performance and reliability, contributing to backend architecture, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with Product, Hardware, and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
