Manage payment service provider partnerships, integrations, APIs, compliance, fraud prevention, security, and cross-border regulations. Define KPIs and OKRs while partnering closely with engineering to ship complex features and resolve technical blockers. The role requires strong product execution, technical fluency, systems thinking, and experience with fintech or B2B SaaS platforms.

Own and grow strategic partnerships with vertical-specific ISVs and VARs. Serve as the primary partner liaison, align joint value propositions and product roadmaps, execute go-to-market strategies, enable co-selling, coordinate marketing and sales initiatives, and drive partner-generated leads and revenue. Represent Paystand at partner events and forums while managing relationship performance and strategic planning.

The Payments Lead manages Yaydoo's payment operations, driving growth and improving performance through collaboration and cross-functional execution while preparing for LATAM expansion.
