Lead web strategy, roadmap prioritization, UX, information architecture, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, CMS governance, performance, accessibility, SEO, and releases. Coordinate agencies and cross-functional teams while making technical and business tradeoffs. This hands-on role also builds or edits pages, evaluates results, troubleshoots issues, and applies AI to improve digital production and optimization.

Execute and optimize partner initiatives within Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One ecosystems for the Mexican market. Recruit, train, and support partners; maintain relationships and escalations; run HubSpot marketing campaigns and lead management; attend ERP trade shows; monitor KPIs and business reviews; collaborate with sales and marketing; and suggest improvements to increase channel impact.

Lead architecture and development of user-facing full-stack applications for a blockchain-enabled payments platform. Design reusable frameworks, APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Own systems through deployment and production operations, emphasizing security, reliability, observability, testing, and performance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while partnering with product, design, and business teams. Apply AI-assisted development and build AI-enabled product capabilities using model APIs, agents, evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
