Own the strategy and roadmap for a core compensation benchmarking product. Lead AI-assisted prototyping, prioritize backlogs, guide cross-functional delivery with engineering, data science, and design, and align stakeholders on investments and timelines. Develop business cases, monitor competitive intelligence, shape packaging and positioning, and support go-to-market efforts. The role requires strong technical fluency, product judgment, communication skills, and experience delivering measurable business outcomes.

Supports onboarding and implementation of compensation planning clients by building client sites, processing files, tracking implementation progress, leading intake calls, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The role assists implementation managers with client-facing activities, requirements gathering, user acceptance training, documentation, and milestone delivery while promoting client satisfaction, product adoption, and accurate handling of confidential data.
