Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of benchmarking product features. The Senior Financial Analyst will support FP&A through forecasting, financial analysis, scenario modeling, monthly close, and cross-functional business partnering. Responsibilities include analyzing SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, pipeline, renewals, upsell, and churn; improving financial operations and data accuracy; leveraging AI to automate workflows; using Adaptive Insights; and developing actionable recommendations and financial strategies.

Leads a team of Renewal Managers responsible for customer retention, renewal revenue, forecasting, negotiations, and churn-risk management. Coaches team members, oversees complex escalations, ensures accurate Salesforce records and renewal documentation, and partners with Customer Success, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Operations. The role also improves renewal workflows, playbooks, reporting, and contract-term strategies while maintaining commercial discipline and customer relationships.
