Support high-volume recruitment by screening candidates, conducting outbound outreach, coordinating assessments and interviews, maintaining JazzHR and spreadsheets for data hygiene, handling candidate communications and PII, and compiling recruitment metrics and reports to aid the Talent Acquisition team.

The Finance Associate will manage accounts receivable and payable, optimize cash flow, conduct collections, and prepare financial reports.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations: schedule interviews, maintain ATS data hygiene (JazzHR), manage assessments (Mercer | Mettl), validate pre-employment checks, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure smooth handovers to People Experience while providing excellent candidate communication.
