Supports the People Engagement team with company events, team-building logistics, employee engagement campaigns, internal communications, rewards and recognition programs, documentation, surveys, activity tracking, and administrative tasks. The intern helps coordinate vendors, venues, suppliers, budgets, participation records, creative materials, and post-event feedback while gaining experience in HR operations and employee experience initiatives.

Conduct AML, KYC, and KYB due diligence investigations, including identity verification, ownership assessment, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening. Document findings, assess risk, support compliance programs, update policies and knowledge bases, train team members, engage with clients, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements. The role also involves vendor discussions, workflow optimization, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation.

Performs manual functional, exploratory, smoke, and regression testing of web applications, workflows, APIs, integrations, and data. Prepares test cases and test data, documents results, reports and retests defects, supports UAT, maintains QA documentation, and contributes to release decisions. Collaborates with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, escalate risks, improve test coverage, and develop basic test automation skills under guidance.
