Design scalable, high-throughput systems, leverage infrastructure to solve complex technical problems, build development tools, contribute to open source, and pursue root-cause problem solving. The role collaborates with engineers, designers, and QA while helping establish a new engineering organization.

Design UI/UX for PayPay Securities native apps, mini-apps, PC trading sites, and management tools. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create features and improve existing experiences. Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, analyze product metrics, develop UX flows and interfaces using design systems, propose improvements, and facilitate design workshops.

Designs and builds robust, scalable, secure AWS infrastructure for high-traffic financial services. Responsibilities include regional fault tolerance, zero-downtime patching and upgrades, infrastructure change management, cloud deployment automation, developer self-service, monitoring, incident response, and collaboration with security and engineering teams.

Lead weekly functional and non-functional release testing, roadmap project QA, test planning, scope definition, test execution, defect triage, reporting, and test case management.
