Supports the outsourcing risk framework by assessing provider risks, monitoring vendor compliance and performance, tracking KPIs and KRIs, maintaining outsourcing registers and governance documentation, mapping regulatory requirements, identifying control gaps, supporting remediation, and preparing risk reports, dashboards, regulatory submissions, and audit materials. The role also contributes to incident tracking, regulatory change implementation, stakeholder coordination, and broader enterprise risk and resilience initiatives.

Own the full sales cycle for UK and EU SMB customers, including prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, negotiation, closing, and customer activation. Manage territory revenue targets, maintain Salesforce data and forecasts, handle compliance requirements, and collaborate with SDRs, Operations, KYC, Compliance, and Customer Success. Contribute market insights, sales playbooks, and go-to-market initiatives while driving pipeline and quota attainment.

Serve as the primary contact for VIP and high-tier clients, managing relationships, onboarding, implementation, support, issue resolution, risk identification, renewals, and upselling. Coordinate with sales, support, risk, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve client satisfaction. Advocate for clients internally and identify opportunities to enhance account management processes and service delivery.
