Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems using C#/.NET. Collaborate cross-functionally in agile teams, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver reliable production-ready WebAPI/REST services using relational databases and messaging streams.

Manage strategic relationships with acquirers, processors, card schemes, and payment partners. Own vendor contract negotiations, SLAs, performance monitoring, escalations, and remediation. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Use analytics to track partner health, transaction performance, and cost efficiency, and drive optimizations and roadmap alignment.
