Teams at Payoneer

Manage customer engagement and growth for North American SMB and professional business clients. Develop growth strategies, business cases, solutions, and go-to-market plans; track engagement in CRM systems; analyze performance; collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations; build case studies; and represent Payoneer at industry events. The role requires account management, business development, financial analysis, communication, project management, and sales skills.

Serves as Payoneer’s Japan Operations partner, bridging business, product, compliance, KYC, customer care, and local stakeholders. Leads regulatory readiness, operational transformation, customer experience improvements, and cross-functional programs from concept through execution. The role translates Japanese regulatory requirements into scalable processes, represents local needs in global roadmaps, manages stakeholder alignment and risk, and engages external advisors and vendors.

Provides employment and labor law advice across APAC and MEA, with primary focus on India, for Payoneer’s workforce management business. Responsibilities include advising on employee relations, terminations, restructuring, compliance, employment documentation, POSH matters, policies, legislative updates, legal research, and training. The role partners with Legal, HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales, and business teams to deliver practical, commercially aligned guidance for EoR and AoR populations.
