Own the full sales cycle for UK and EU SMB customers, including prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, negotiation, closing, and customer activation. Manage territory revenue targets, maintain Salesforce data and forecasts, handle compliance requirements, and collaborate with SDRs, Operations, KYC, Compliance, and Customer Success. Contribute market insights, sales playbooks, and go-to-market initiatives while driving pipeline and quota attainment.

Serve as the primary contact for VIP and high-tier clients, managing relationships, onboarding, implementation, support, issue resolution, risk identification, renewals, and upselling. Coordinate with sales, support, risk, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve client satisfaction. Advocate for clients internally and identify opportunities to enhance account management processes and service delivery.

Manage APAC payroll operations, corporate payments, invoice settlements, expense reimbursements, month-end close, general ledger and financial statement analysis under USGAAP and local GAAP. Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, procurement, auditors, and regional stakeholders. Lead payroll policy development, controls and risk assessments, finance transformation initiatives, AI technology adoption, and process improvements across the Finance team.
