Maintains financial records, records daily transactions, processes accounts payable and receivable, reconciles accounts, prepares financial reports, and assists with financial statements and accounting team tasks.

Welcomes dealership customers and guests, answers and directs incoming calls, maintains a clean front desk and lobby, and assists with filing, data entry, scheduling, and sales and service support. The role requires prior customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and bilingual English and Spanish proficiency. Basic office skills are helpful but can be trained.

Engage customers to understand needs, present and sell products or services, meet sales targets, build relationships, provide accurate product information, and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
